STUART WILSON
Stuart is a forward-thinking entrepreneur with a passion for real estate and property development. After obtaining his degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Portsmouth, Stuart wasted no time in pursuing his ambitions. He founded Wilson Designer Homes, a property development company.
Stuart serves as the driving force behind our operations. As the overseer of Dwell Projects, he brings his wealth of knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to the table. Stuart is always on the lookout for new opportunities, ensuring that our team is constantly moving forward and embracing the future of construction and development.

DIRECTOR
Samantha Warman
Samantha has a strong background in finance and project management. She began her career by training with a firm of Chartered Accountants before transitioning into the industry, where she served as the group accountant for a house builder.
Samantha oversees all aspects of company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Samantha is involved in the overall financial management of build projects at Dwell Projects. From pre-start planning to project completion, she works hard to ensure that our team delivers projects on time and within budget.

RAY
TIMBLICK
With a career spanning numerous years, Ray has amassed a wealth of practical knowledge in construction, from new builds to complex refurbishments. His technical expertise and leadership skills have been instrumental in the success of our projects.
Ray is known for his 'hands-on' approach, actively engaging in our private client projects to ensure that every detail is executed to perfection. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every project he undertakes.
In addition to his extensive practical experience, Ray holds several qualifications that attest to his expertise and dedication. He is a qualified first aider, SMSTS qualified and holds a City & Guilds certification in cabinet making, carpentry, and
CAD.
PROJECT FOREMAN
DOUG LOGAN
Doug brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a strong background in carpentry and organising teams, Doug is an invaluable asset to our team.
Doug has worked on a diverse range of projects, from small domestic assignments to large-scale developments, refurbishments, and even barn conversions. His hands-on experience in various construction settings equips him with the insight and skills necessary to tackle any challenge. In addition to his extensive practical experience, Doug is also a qualified first aider and holds a Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSTS) qualification and fire warden certificate along with his City and Guilds on various plant. These certifications underscore his commitment to safety and his ability to lead teams effectively on site.

HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISOR
TIM GReaVES
Tim is our Health & Safety advisor. Tim is our nominated competent person to meet compliance under the reg 7 MHSWR199. He works with the directors and team to ensure that our work is carried out safely, driving continuous improvement and is hands on with training our staff. Tim is a highly qualified member of the team with his Diploma in NEBOSH and GradIOSH.
